The Vallican Whole is available for rentals for all kinds of events. Built by the community in 1971, the building has a warm, rich wood interior, including a sprung maple dance floor, great acoustics and high ceilings. Nestled on 11 acres of mixed cedar forest, visitors enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains & wildlife.
The building has a capacity of 225 people. It is wheelchair accessible and has multiple spaces suitable for varied uses.
The main floor and mezzanine feature a large dance/banquet area, a moveable platform stage, a fully equipped kitchen & washrooms. The basement is a newly renovated art gallery space also suitable for smaller meetings & workshops. The grounds include a lovely open space for outdoor ceremonies, games or picnics, and walking trails through a fresh and gorgeous forest, including a sculpture walk by local artists.
