The Vallican Whole hosts several spaces suitable for art-making, exhibition, and performance, and we love to collaborate and host local and touring artists in our venue.
Co-Productions at the Whole are usually events where the organizer/artist and the Vallican Whole share the production work, and share any profit from the event. The Whole provides use of our staff time, promotional resources, volunteers, and venue amenities, while the artist provides their creative offering. Typically we split the net profit from events 75% to the artist, 25% to the Vallican Whole, depending on the circumstances.
If you’d like to propose a co-production with the Whole, please fill out the form below – it’s quite detailed, and requires you to submit an estimated budget. It helps our Board decide which events we’re able to co-produce. Proposals must allow for ample planning time (a week is not enough!).
